The Essentialist warrants all goods to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability.

1. "The Essentialist LLC" ("The Company") takes pride in crafting its made-to-order tables with meticulous attention to detail and quality. Due to the unique nature of the materials used in crafting these tables, notably stone, the dimensions specified in the order may not be achievable in every instance without risking the overall quality and integrity of the table. Natural stone slabs can be cut just anywhere and contain weak points and areas such as naturally occurring bubbles and crystallisation; that must be avoided to maintain the strength and safety of the final product.
2. Given the nature of stone cutting and the characteristics of the materials used, The Company hereby states and the client acknowledges that there may be a size variation of up to 5% per side of the ordered dimensions for any table ordered.
3. The Company ensures that any variation in size will be deemed necessary by our expert stone masons to maintain the integrity and aesthetic quality of the table. Any such alteration will fall within a 5% range of the specified dimensions, either larger or smaller.
4. The Company undertakes to communicate any anticipated size variations to the client as early as possible during the production process. However, given the intricate nature of our work, it is not always possible to predict these variations in advance.
5. By placing an order with The Company, the client confirms that they understand and accept the potential for these size variations. The client's acceptance of the finished product will constitute their agreement that any such size variation falls within acceptable parameters and will not be deemed a defect or a non-conformity of the product.
6. This Size Variation Clause is an integral part of The Company's Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the client also agrees to this Size Variation Clause.
