Though we are confident you will fall in love with our home objects, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible. Any return or Exchange will be subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Damaged / Faulty Products

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at so our Customer Experience Team can assess your request. We kindly ask you to include images or photos detailing the fault with your email, so we can best assist.
Marble, Onyx & Travertine are natural stones that have naturally occurring imperfections and unique veins. This is what makes each piece beautiful and original. Some natural imperfections consist of gradient and mineral lines which may appear as lines through the stone, which can appear to look like a crack. This however, does not compromise the structural integrity of the stone and is not deemed to be a fault.
If you have received your marble piece and are concerned that it is damaged, please contact us at so we can assess this for you.

Damaged Goods Assessment:

Once your request has been assessed by our team, we will come back to you with a solution. Depending on the outcome of the assessment and the severity of the fault, this will either be a replacement, or a partial reimbursement or full refund offered. Please know that in this instance, we want to work with you to find an outcome that you are happy with.
